1. Floyd Mayweather, I don't even know why Pacquiao fans attempt to argue or debate with facts, if Pacquiao had better sales than Mayweather then he would be number 1.

2. Manny Pacquiao

3. Miguel Cotto - only other fighter than Maywether or Pacquiao than can do decent high PPV sales.

4. Juan Marquez - close enough, but no cigar.

Pacquiao is #1. This cannot be debated. In each of the last 3 years he has outsold Mayweather each year and it hasn't even been close.

Mayweather #2

Cotto/Mosley #3. Both have been on numerous PPV's and are known around the world.

Khan/Haye/Klitchkos/Marquez/Margarito are about the same.

Martinez shouldn't even be mentioned because hes never sold a PPV in his entire life and doesn't even sell out the building.
