    Sergio Martinez Ring P4P King?

How can people even think that Sergio Martinez will move ahead of Pac on the Ring P4P list?

He just beat their 8th ranked 154 at 160.

Lets compare Pac fighting #8 ranked fighter one division lower, Lamont Peterson.
Sergio is staying put a #4

Clottey was #3 at WW, Marg was completely unranked because of inactivity and Mosley is #5 at WW

I agree Russian, I didn't want to sound like a hater but I think it's a solid win for Martinez but people are overrating it.

As you mentioned he just beat a 154 pound fighter, not even the best 154 pound fighter, who is a solid fighter but his resume isn't great by any means. This shouldn't justify jumping over Pac and Floyd.

I compared Sergio's win in a way to Jermain Taylor's win over Kassim Ouma. A solid 154 pound fighter at the time, but not a 160 pounder and not even the best 154 pounder at the time. Very similar.

But like Martinez said, maybe if pac looks like crap against Mosley or loses, then you can rank Martinez at #1 and if floyd still has no fight signed by then, he'll be dropped from the rankings.

They will soon drop Sechew Powell and foreman so Dzinzurik will most likely move up 2 spots

They moved Donaire ahead of Martinez ahead even though Martinez beat their #3 p4p fighter and Donaire only beat their #7 p4p fighter. So it's entirely possible they might move Martinez to #2 or #3 simply based his performance against an opponent who was supposed to make him look bad and ignore the rankings.
