        great find.

Looks like Manny's wrists and skeletal size have always been conducive to boxing.

8" wrists are huge! and so are his fists.

I am only 5'8 and weigh 189lbs, wingspan 6ft 1 inches, size 12 shoe... but you would never know it. Most think I weigh 160lbs. My bones are like lead. I have had nurses ask me "where the heck are you 168lbs??" when I was skinnier. She thought I had lead in my pockets. Interestingly enough, when gauging our power on one of those machines, out of all my friends who were 6ft, 200lb plus, little me at 160lbs back then, clocked the hardest punch.

I have a friend, we call him bucket-head. He is Rican but has a broad face/head. I always got the feeling looking at him, that he'd be tough to knock the **** out. Maybe there is some truth to this bone density thing.

Just look at Pac's hands compared to barrera.

                    Anyway very interesting article.
Haha I did the exact thing after wards. My wrists are exactly 8 inches, probably much bigger than my body type.

I'm not very defined but do have a lot of muscle to me because of my fat percentage.

I also don't look my weight, people think I weigh much less than I do, always have. They always think I am about 20lbs lighter than I really am.

Pac hatred is ridiculous on here, the dude is a freak of nature, just face it. That's why he holds the weight better.

                      Interesting read.

8" wrists are pretty eye popping, and you would think just his calves.

Honestly, world class athletes are just physical freaks and they all have something physically unique to them that's a genetic advantage for their respective sports.

Mayweather, Donaire, and Marquez are freaking lerches with loong arms for their size.

                      These guys are not normal.
