Mayorga is very dangerous opponent for Canelo. He fought the best technically skilled fighters around DLH, Forrest, Mosley, Cotto, but even though he was able to land some sneaky punches. I'm afraid Mayorga might stop Canelo.

I really like this matchup. You gotta give Canelo credit for making his first title defense at the age of 20 against a dangerous puncher. Most guys would protect their title.

Canelo really needs to work on his defense and be a little quicker on his feet, though. If he can do that, I think he could pull it off. But if not, I'm not too sure. If he were to knock him out in DLH fashion, he'd have the whole boxing world sucking him off again like they did after he demolished Baldomir.
