What is the best division right now?

For me it has to be Super-Middleweight followed closely by Light-Welterweight.

Was just interesting to see other peoples opinions on this matter.

      168- home of lions

If Martinez wants greatness and Immortality, that's where he gets it.

It used to be 147 but Paul Williams is gone, Mosley, Cotto, Margarito are shot, Floyd and Manny are circus acts, and Berto hasn't been tested since collazo, and he needs a better test.

168 is the undisputed King of Divisions right now. 118 is hot too but donaire towers over everybody(in terms of skill, not height lol)

118, 126, 135, and 168. The 140 division is overrated, only Bradley and Khan are something special the rest of the 140 are mediocre.

168 is the easy answer. But to me 140 is severely overrated. We've got Khan,Bradley and Maidana. Alexander is a bust. A few ok guys like Mathysse and Kotelnik and some possible excitement with the comeback stories of Judah and Morales. Not to mention Ortiz taking his shot at the big boys. Its easily outclassed by the bantams and even the welters. 154 has way more potential right now.

Look at it this way. when comparing the WW's to the JWW's its a blowout. These divisions are the two most likely to cross the lines for entertaining match-ups. If it was a competition similar to the WS of boxing the junior welters would be crushed if we seeded it 1 vs 1, 2 vs 2 and so on. We might be a bit disappointed with 147 but 140 is just barely holding on. If you disagree then just look at the best match-up and you run out of decent bouts at 140 very quickly.

Lightweight, Light Middleweight and Super Middleweight. Light Heavyweight is not bad either and Cruiserweight has also improved.

I like all the potential around Featherweight, Lightweight, and Junior Middleweight.
