I don't think he will have an issue getting licensed in Nevada. The first time he went there they simply asked him to appeal to the original commission that suspended him before they gave him his own trial. He did and has since fought in the US so IMO Nevada will probably license him.

Yea that's what I'm figuring. Though the fight being in the New Meadowlands would be kinda crazy!

If Arum has at least half a brain he'd recognize that Cotto is the bigger draw, and that his drawing power is far greater east than it is west. Not to mention a fight this epic deserves a bigass stadium. The only reason not to make it in the eastcoast would be if Marg fails to get a license.
