Dizzy looks more physically imposing to me and a more discipline, better boxer. Just on sight Pirog looks amateurish and it would be a wipeout and a waist of an HBO slot. Its nothing wrong with Martinez hunting for some of that PPV money at this point in his career. He just doesnt have time to waist on a maybe fighter. I knew Dizzy wasnt ready and Pirog even less.

Martinez is gonna be seeing his movement in slow motion. I just rewatched the fight with Jacobs to be more accurate and he has no chance. His head movement is not gonna be effective because he doesnt throw from angles. When he tried to get cute even Jacobs hit him. He straightens back up in the same style as Dizzy to punch. His movement just looks good against lesser guys.

Did Martinez and his team choose him or did HBO? If im Dibella i dont match Sergio with Pirog until the risk matches the reward and in order for that to happen Pirog needs some exposure. Why not make Pirog vs Andy Lee on boixng after dark or an undercard to a Martinez fight?

hbo rejected all the opponents on dibella's list(shows how crappy they are) and hbo had promised gary shaw that they would get dzinziruk a fight so they set this fight up. pirog was never considered. dzinziruk had no exposure and landed the fight. pirog had a great knockout on hbo over one of their guys they were hyping up. when dibella talks about money and exposure just laugh because he's not being honest. why fight pirog for the same amount of money when you can fight dzinziruk who martinez will surely beat? this happens all the time in boxing and when you become a shot caller you become a cherry picker. it's the way the system is setup. they would be ****** not to abuse it.
