Vyacheslav Glazkov vs. Denis Bakhtov on March 26

On the March 26th card, which includes Dmitry Pirog.

This is a HUGE step up for former outstanding amateur Vyacheslav Glazkov (8-0).

The relentlessly aggressive Denis Bahktov exposed German HW prospect Steffan Kretschman with two stoppage wins. He has only ever lost to very good fiighters such as JC Gomez.

This will be a very difficult fight for the young Glazkov, but if he wins he'll probably be a ranked contender.

seen that fight. dumbass referee wanted to disqualify Bakhtov after Kretschmann was quitting on his feet.

Öner than stepped in and raised Bakhtov hands callin him the winner and bashin his own fighter a quitter (lol)

big step up, wish him the best.

          I'm excited about this one.

Glazkov is very talented and may even be the best up-and-coming HW, and Bahktov is a tough, aggressive, crowd-pleasing fighter.

Both can punch, so this will likely end in a KO.

I am glad to see Glazkov take on tough compitition and be brought along fast like Pulev and Helenius even though there is risk involved with a tough fighter like Bakhtov.

Glazkov could outbox Bakhtov comfortably i think but i wouldn't be suprised if he made it harder on himself than he had to and decided to get in a brawl with him instead. Glazkov loves to fight and has a tendancy to do that.

Well Bakhtov does have TKO losses to Montana and Sanil Sam a long time ago but then in recent years took everything Juan Carlos Gomez and Kretschmann could offer so i'll assume his chin is rather sturdy.

I'v always thought Glazkov has a great chin. Cammarelle who is a very good puncher couldn't even phase him. There fight was very exciting.

Another reason i love him. He already knows he would KO Haye. The man is honest.

He only got Bronze because he got injured before the Semi Finals.

Denis had a couple of losses when he was very young, and later avenged them.

Then he had those TKO losses to Montana and Samil Sam, but was still young at that time and has improved since then.

JC Gomez was a bad style matchup for Denis, but the Cuban was unable to knock him down.

He's been on a winning streak since then, highlighted by his two stoppage victories over Kretschman.

This fight will be televised along with the Pirog fight.

It will be on at about 9:00 AM where I live, and 12:00 noon EST, 17:00 in the UK and 18:00 in Germany.

That's good for me. I'll be able to watch this and the Pirog fight before I go out around noon on Saturday.
