I don't doubt that but why fault him for not wanting to fight him.

My thing is if we ok with Sergio fighting Floyd(or PAC) then Floyd win over Jmm is a great win.

If I'm not mistaken didn't Sergio say he would come down to 155.

You dudes sure he can make 154 with no problem. Dude blows up between fights.

That's kinda my point. All three of those guys got better options that do more for their legacy, so Martinez is just gonna have to wait.

No one is scared of him...thats ridiculous. Who is Sergio Martinez and when did he become a some unbeatable monster.

I think those 2 recent ko's have people on a high.

You know what's crazy. I don't see them trying to get a fight with Kirkland(Sergio team)

I don't fault them. In fact, I don't think it's a big deal. I mean, they know they'd lose and they're being true to themselves by pretending he doesn't exist (even if their fans are conjuring up BS to explain it away).

As for your Floyd-JMM comment...no way. Martinez is the best 154lber and the best 160lber. Marquez had never fought at 147 and it showed. Huge difference.

Exactly. That's why I'm going to man up and take back every bad comment I had about Berto and Floyd because if Martinez gets a universal pass for his actions.....so should they.

People slam Berto, Floyd, B-hop and soon to be Manny for facing Marquez.....yet Martinez is boxing's savior when he goes after smaller fighters.

He's beaten up more credible opponents, Kirkland JUST got back too, so be real now.

Martinez isn't going after smaller fighters, he's going after the best fighters. Yeah, Kelly Pavlik was so small for that large junior middle Martinez . And Williams too, what a tiny guy, he is. Oh and that Dzinziruk...what a mini man (even though he's fought above 154 MANY times and had been at jmw longer than Martinez).

I also don't see anyone calling him out for saying "Pirog is a nobody" and "Pirog brings no money to the table". Let that be anyone else and let that same fighter go after a guy in a class below him and see how much heat they would get.

The excuses and double standards on this site are pathetic.

Besides eachother, the only challenges out there for either Mayweather or Pacquiao is Martinez. How is that hard to understand? It's freaking simple really, all they have to do is move up to 154.

Seems like you have a problem with guys challenging themselves.
