None of these fighters are scared of Martinez

People act like he is some difficult to beat, end of a video game boss man.

Why would Cotto be scared of him when he has faced some of the most elite fighters around his division. Dude is a true warrior and doesn't run from anyone.

Same with Pacquiao. Dude has balls and if they fought at 152-154 Manny has a great chance of beating him.

Just because he beat an overrated, KO waiting to happen Williams, an souless Kelly Pavlik (courtesy of uncle Bernard) and a severly inactive Sergei Dzinzurik doesn't mean this guy is some type of monster.

People just need to realize that Cotto, Floyd and Manny all have fights that make more sense right now and Sergio will just have to wait his turn.

Margarito vs Cotto II makes more sense right now (for obvious reasons) and neither Manny or Floyd will face him before facing each other (it doesn't make sense to and only an idiot would argue other wise).

Why are you going to ask a question like that?

Each other... that fight does more for both of their legacy and is easily 50 mill for each guy if not a helluva lot more.

It makes no sense to go up in weight to face Sergio then come back down to face the other as that puts em at a huge disadvantage heading into their mega fight....a fight that is career defining for both.

Now if it reaches a point where both feel the fight will never happen...cool they can move on and face Sergio, but these chance of them facing each other in spring 2012 is really high.

                spring 2012.

OST is no longer an issue according to both sides, everything else is agreed up, and right now it's just waiting to see what happens with Floyds legal issues.

Floyd faces a tuneup this fall while Manny face someone like Berto then both sides push hard for this fight in the spring. If it doesn't happen then, it never will and both should move one.

It makes no sense for Floyd to come back after all this time off and face Martinez as a tune up for Pacquiao or for Manny to go up in weight for Sergio and come back down for a Floyd fight.

I see your trolling though....so that's my last response to you.

People need to stop hating on Manny and Floyd. They've done a lot in the sport already and they don't need to fight a man much bigger than they are. Both just need to retire for a few years and people will be back on sucking their balls when comparing them to future top fighters.

                    1) Cotto is too small. Get it through your head: Cotto is a small-with-average-power fighter @ 154. Martinez is a good sized MW and probably a legit SMW. Cotto fighting Martinez would be like Martinez fighting Dawson or Pascal or B-Hop.

                    2) Gimme' a mfkn break: Pac started @ 108 for Christsake...

                    3) Margarito has done nothing to earn the big payday that a rematch w/Cotto would net him. MC should freeze him out even though he'd beat Marg's @ss...
