because theyre better fighters. cotto is questionable now, but he is a bigger draw than margo, so he's still relevant. i can see floyd getting a UD over martinez, as well as pac getting a tko late in the fight against martinez. only reason people want to see floyd or manny fight martinez is because it would be an interesting fight....margarito/martinez on the other hand, not so much...

Sergio doesnt want to fight Marg because he said that he is afraid that he would hurt him at this point. He's right. Margarito fought him when he was green. Since then, Sergio has gotten worlds better, while Margarito has gone badly down hill. Sergio would have an easy nights work against someone as slow and wide open as Margarito at this point. He would be beating him to the punch, countering him, and turning him like a novice all night.

Martinez lost to Margarito. Margarito is within his reach. Margarito can still fight. Torrecampo or Singsurat? you kidding right? do they still fight? and if they do are they close to Pac's weight? you dont even have any boxing common sense. The TS was saying its possible specially if Margarito beat Cotto. and the money would be good too.

I'd rather see Margarito in my resume that Dzinziruk who hasnt fought any good opponent, oh yeah he did for the first time and what happened? he got destroyed. if Dzinziruk keep fighting quality opponents we would all find out that Dzinzurk is really slow, no power, no defense.
