It really isn't and he really is!

Moves up a division and beats undefeated middleweight champion for the lineal crown, then KO's top P4P Williams in rematch in KOTY, then destroys undefeated lineal 154 champion Dzinziruk in a middleweight defense.

I don't think people realise that Dzinziruk was actually a very good fighter.

That **** is better than anyone's last three fights in a long time.

Edit: Oh man....can't believe people are actually voting for Pac here? Come on people....really? The guy has done great things but his last three fights hasn't been up there. Cotto is the only good win that can equal any of Sexy Serge's last three.

Beating Dzinziruk is better than Clottey and Margarito by a country mile. Take a look at who he beat, the fact he was undefeated champion and the lineal champ at that with more title defenses than Clottey has had title fights! Unless you all forget, both had lost their last big fights (Marg winning a tune up in terrible fashion against some dude after his KO loss).

Even Cotto doesn't get close to Williams. Unless you all forget: Williams beat Margarito, Cotto lost by KO. Williams avenged close only loss by first round KO. Cotto didn't and was all but ruined in his loss. Williams had just beaten Martinez too. Cotto had been knocked out, tune up fight, then should have lost against Clottey.

If you are going to talk about Pavlik being not what he was....what about Margarito? Had he suddenly time traveled to three-five years earlier back into his prime? Or had the one sided brutal KO loss all slipped your minds to the 40 year old shot Mosley? As for size difference, both Williams and Pavlik had about as much height advantage as Marg had over Pac, that being about four inches. Difference is Williams and Pavlik weren't as slow, defenseless and **** all around and neither were just coming off a terrible career ruining KO loss.

Even Dzinziruk had two or more inches in height over Martinez, which is more than Clottey had! Cotto and Pac were the same size so it's all bollocks.

The weight is the only advantage any of those had, and it turned out to be a disadvantage to all as each and every one of them struggled with their weight and had to kill themselves to get to it.

my arguement is that i see pac best weightaround 140 so has been giving up 10 -15 pounds per fight agaisnt good fighters,

sergio is doing great agsint fighters at his own weight. if he went up to 168 and beat the likes of froch, abraham, johnson, all similar in styles to what pac has faced where he had a major speed advantage then i would class him the same.

I don't get why manny gets critised for the opponents his promoters pick for him, i don't see any of the other guys around his weight doing what he is doing. Bradley, khan, alexander, madaina all similar weights and the best in their divison but if any of them were to be named as an pac opponent it would be classed as a total mismatch.
