100% agree with this, Mayweather is inactive so how can you count him....

Roy Jones one of the best pound for pound fighters of all times, not retired should he be counted..... Floyds not fighting, Roy's not doing great same difference??

how many times has roy lost? how many has floyd?

how many top 10 p4p fighters has floyd beaten recently? how many for roy?

          there is a difference.

to me, its dumb to put Floyd lower then 2. He's either #2 or he's not on the list at all. Dont say you are dropping him lower because he's inactive. That doesnt make sense. You either have him where you think he really is or you drop him totally because of inactivity.

Im a Floyd fan but Im always fair. Unlike alot of others though, I could care less about Floyd being ranked in terms of inactivity. I dont have any problem with people not wanting him on the list. Who cares? We all know how good he really is and where he is really ranked as a fighter. Then when he fights you just move him back up in the top 2.

However, I think its dumb to say that he's 3, 4, or 5 because of inactivity. Come on now, that makes no sense. It doesnt even make sense for him to be lower then 3 no matter what. I love Donaire but lets be real, he's not over Floyd with his resume in any kinda way and that goes for anyone else not named Pac or Sergio. I only think Pac really has a claim as #1 but again, Floyd is 2 or drop him totally. Definitely not lower then 3

of course he should . mayweather hardly ever fights
would you rank sugar ray robinson right now as p4p # 1 ?
if maywether doesnt fight how can he be even ranked .
mayweather should be ranked # 10 right now
he has to fight otherwise he shouldnt be ranked at all

PBF wont be no2 for long now, and probably sergio will replace him, unless someone else replaces Floyd. Others may replace floyd as well and its a case of how far down Floyd goes.

If sergio wants to be no1 though hes going to have to show a bit more and prove hes not a flash in the pan.

I am surprised that more people have not said sergio has losses on his record or that he gets tagged a **** load. I like Sergio and agree with everyone.

Inactivity drops floyd out which will happen in due time and if pac opposition due not live up then he gets dropped to #2. But who in the rankings should he really fight? Berto? Bradley? Do you think they really have a chance against him? You would hear even more excuses. He has maybe 3-4 fights left. So again in due time he will leave the rankings.
