He did beat Santos and Julio, if you are saying both are not good fighters well, it just shows your biased agenda.
No, i am not saying those 2 are not good fighters. Julio lost fights when stepping up competition against Kirkland, Quintana, and Angulo. Santos only good wins was against Alcine and Margarito. Alcine hasn't beaten anybody and his win over Marg was a technical decision.
