The one thing that did go how i thought it would is the footwork. Dzinziruk has very good footwork and it's quite quick although most said the opposite. Compare the Cintron, Williams I, and Pavlik fights to Dzyna's. When Martinez wanted to dance/box and stay on the outside they couldn't touch him. Dzyna on the other hand had very good footwork, was very adept at cutting off the ring, and was in his face the entire fight.
He did tag Martinez a few times with decent shots, but nothing seemed to faze him. Martinez on the other hand was hurting Dzyna with every power punch he landed. Praise to Dzyna for wanting to continue after that horrific first knockdown in the 8th. That kind of shot knocked the lights out of Williams.

I think he beats Kirkland and Lara too, but you have to be kidding that you think average as can be Vanes and the guy who got outboxed by Kermit Cintron are going to beat Dzinziruk.

Dzinziruk hasn't proven anything to me. Wins over Joel Julio and Daniel Santos don't make him Superman.

And you can laugh at Vanes all you want, the word is that he handled Dzinziruk easily at the Wild Card. That either says something about how good Vanes is or about how average the Ukrainian is. Take your pick.
