About Cotto, his right shoulder surgery obviously went good. Also, he's showing the old technical skills and exhibited great defense. I like what I'm seeing. The power is there. People forget Mayo can really withstand punishment. He still very prone to uppercuts though.
About Mayo, he was in great condition and still got a lot of gas in the tank.
I think Pacman, Mayweather and Martinez are in another league right now. Having said that, I think Miguel has an authentic chance of getting the #4 spot on the P4P list. He must first beat Margo, then beat another top one like Berto.
