I am now convinced that Cotto is ATG with his masterful performance against a prime and always game Ricardo "El Matador" Mayorga. Cotto looked so dominant that the referee should of stopped the fight in the 1 round because Mayorga was outclassed and hurt from the get go!! Agreed. You know JMM has always been a bit over-hyped and it has a lot to do with 100 million Mexicans saying he is great. Sheer numbers man. But yeah, JMM is a good fighter and would be rated higher in my book if he did not always get chin checked in most of his fights. He is good though.

Cotto should move up in weight and take on Froch.

Even though Cotto looked great last night, I would much rather see JMM VS Foyd again. I think there were a lot of unanswered questions in the first fight.


To see JMM beg Manny for a fight is sad because no fighter should have to beg the way JMM is begging. I would also like to see JMM express the same desire to fight Floyd again. I am a bit disappointed in his warrior spirit that he does not feel as though he should fight Floyd again. His obsession with Manny seems to be one of jealousy. I wish he felt the same towards Floyd. The rematch would be the bomb.
