Yeah,I said i would wait & see what Cotto does against mayorga before i decide.I didn't see the fight,but according to what I heard,Cotto stood & traded & boxed when he had to.Now I believe that Mayorga has more 1 punch power than Margarito & actually has the ability to throw under pressure.Margarito just covers up waits until U unload then hopes ur within his range when U stop to return fire.

If Cotto can take mayorga's shot,he can take Margarito's.If Cotto can box when he needs to & slugg when he must,he will beat Margarito in the rematch.Margarito is not the same fighter he was when they fought the 1st time.Cotto still has more left than him.

truth is that after the Marg/Cotto fight, neither fighter has been the same...

rematch would be a different fight. A tough fight, but Cotto would win.

Margarito will put Cotto on the back foot...Cotto's Defense and footwork has improved dramatically since the first fight...I think Cotto wins this

Cotto wins the rematch easy. The rematch is going to look like the first 6 rounds of the first fight but without the plaster. Cotto will KO Margarito late in the fight and his not having any mercy like Pac did.

I suggest you watch the Cotto/Mayo fight. Mayorga looked like ****, his power wasn't there and he was gassed after the 3-4 round. He was fighting in weak burst, throwing nothing but arm punches once or twice per round, and still landing almost at will against Cotto.

Marg still has the stamina to fight 3 minute per round, Cotto doesn't have the ability to stay out of the way of punches, this has not changed. I see marg winning the same way he won the first fight; with non stop pressure.
