Sherman Williams' overhand-right

Is Sherman Williams' overhand (overhead) right the fastest in teh business? Amazing how quick he threw that right at Evander Holyfield's third fist. Obviously it's even technically the bomb cause Evander was cut after a few lightspeed overhand-rights.

I'm surprised that anyone would consider Sherman "Tank" Williams as anyone other than a 4th rate journeyman....at VERY best.
