This...i was just screwin around, I do feel he ain't ready for the top dogs just yet...i give him about another year, and hopefully he gets himself a better trainer!
Give him a year or two and he will be one hell of a fighter,i like his straight up style too-ye he takes punches and makes mistakes, but so do all the elite fighters nobody is perfect, plus he's just a kid right now
He did run through Hatton. I was impressed, people who are not, are all flash, posers and never fight. It was a really good fight and this taking into consideration he is 20. I know I changed a lot from 20-24, so I expect this kid to get much better. He has good composure and fought well, It was a good fight at this stage of his career. I like this sport, no time for little ***** games hating fighters before they're even established, so I appreciate Canelo and will watch more
every poster feels the need to remind us that STOP THE PRESSred-headed juan diaz is only 20 guys come on! so what? i see no real potential and that's just my opinion. he's a slow, sluggish, no D, face first, basic fighter. i don't see any spark of brilliance in him whatsoever. you'd think with 36 odd fights with "quality caliber" opponents he would've varied his game by now, he's too comfortable with his style at this point. i'm thinking it might even be a little late to do so. the only logical reason how i would see him step out of and up his game is when he gets knocked out. see, i look forward to watching kids like broner who have the natural talent and ability mature into their prime. this HBO/GBP mexican hypejob is a KO highlight waiting to happen.
