i think you're confused.

ppvs are totally separate from your subscription.

whether it be hbo , showtime or whatever.

I think he may be talking about how Showtime will often sell their basic Championship Boxing broadcasts on PPV for $25. I see this on Directv all the time. They have Bute-Magee for $25 on PPV for sale now. Showtime must get buys this way or they wouldn't sell it. Some people are too ****** so sign up for Showtime apparantly.
