his last court hearing this month was postponed again.

now the next one isn't for another 7 weeks.

From a PR standpoint I say take the couple weeks in jail. Jail time would actually be preferrable. Another excellent storyline to sell Pacquiao Mayweather when promotions kick off. More street cred to contrast Pacquiao's do gooder behavior would be perfect.
