I'll go with Uncle Jeff, he's the only one who talks some sense.

I would go for Floyd.sr, he gave Floyd the foundation for his skills.

To me Roger just seem like a glorified pad man. In between rounds he doesn't give any advise to Floyd, or anything meaningful, Floyd could effectively fight without a trainer.
