Several German media outlets are reporting that WBO light heavyweight champ Juergen Braehmer has a court date in March for his part in an assault that dates back to 2008. This is the reason for the the postponement of Braehmer�s mandatory defense against unbeaten British boxer Nathan Cleverly, which now will go ahead on May 21. Braehmer was found guilty in a lower court but appealed.
