I think Dzinziruk will beat Martinez but it will be a hard fight for both fighter.
Dzinziruk is like Bernard Hopkins he breath boxing and nothing else.He's been a champion for a long time but not well known in North America.Good counter puncher.His style will not allow Martinez to take that wild swing since he keep the opponent close for his jabs and counter punch.This fight will be a long distance fight.
