I have been working with this trainer who is in to ,wrestling and judo and his conditioning drills kickass but one thing I notice is that he makes us run the stairs with moutguards and carrying other people on our backs and its torture when your doing it.
But let me tell you that after few weeks my leg has gotten thicker and as far as sparring goes, my cardio is...unlimited!!! No more heavy legs and when I get punched my legs dont give out or anything. Incorportating judo/wrestling was the best thing ever that happend to my boxing!!!
Any of you hear have strengh and conditioning coaches to supplement your boxing and if so how do you like the new improvement in your boxing????
