Comments Thread For: Floyd Mayweather Can't Beat Judah Again, Says Whitaker

The Zab Judah of today would be able to avenge his April of 2008, unanimous, 12-round decision loss to the current Floyd Mayweather, at least, that's what Judah's new trainer, Pernell Whitaker, believes.

If they ever fought again it be even more one sided. Mayweather prob knocks him out late.

Dammit, I really thought rehab would help Pernell. Seems as of recent that he's still on that crack.

He's trainng Judah now, people relax. I know we got some oversensitive bitches here on Boxingscene but chill. What do you expect him to say? Me, I'm happy about all this, I'd like to see Whitaker get more into the boxing scene

Its one thing to call for a rematch and think your fighter can win now with the improvements you are teaching. But Whitaker is not being 100% truthful with Zab by telling him that if he won 2-3 of the last six he would have won that fight. Zab only won 3 rounds IMO those were rounds 1,2,& 4. After that it was not even close and Zab was on his way to being KOed had he not hit PBF low and in the back of the head. Some fighters just can't beat other fighters and Zab can't beat PBF

I actually enjoyed the first bout, I thought it was fairly competitive, I don't remember how many rounds I gave to Judah but, "the first 6" sounds about right (more like 5 rounds), and then Mayweather went on to get the rest, and that point deduction for the low blow pretty much sealed the deal for a Mayweather UD. (It would've been interesting if they called the knockdown, when Floyd's glove touched the canvas).

As for a rematch, ehhhh, let me see more of Zab before we go down that route.
