Tony beat Six Heads, Santos (deserved to anyway), Lujan, and Cintron. Most picked Cintron to beat him and look what happened. Also, you cannot tell me 20 guys better than him or I'll break that theory down. Tony is the Ring's number 2 rated welterweight and he can easily be placed in the top 20 p4p. Top 20 p4p is not even all that hard to get into anyway so I don't know why yall are cryin that "Tony doesn'tg deserve it". Yeah right. There are guys in the top 10 who have weaker resumes then even Tony.

I did a P4P list and coincidentally came up with an exact duplicate of Ring magazine's except 7& 8 were reversed. Their ratings are the most honest and reliable to be found IMO

I have him in my top 20 because there is no way there 20 other boxers who are better than him. Also he only lost once to daniel santos,the other was as no contest. And watch the fight margarito took it to him all night despite being more than ten pounds lighter, i beleive he was ahead in the fight and he was gaining momentum at the time of the stoppage.
