HBO probably wants to build up Litzau, as an under card for BAD it isn't that bad and it could be a pretty good scrap. At least it serves a purpose if they have plans for Litzau.

Broner not being that good just fits into that and he fought on HBO recently so I think it works.

Also 130 is probably the worst division in boxing currently, anybody they throw in with Litzau will have some question marks.

Williams v. Cintron II

I was about to suggest that too. . . that fight was getting interesting. Cintron has very good power for 147, and still pretty good power at 154. So it will really give Williams a chance to prove the KO loss took nothing away from him physically or mentally.

That was before he got on HBO, he had an HBO shot lined up then got beat on ESPN before. His last lose was to Guerrero (at 126 opposed to 130) no real shame in that IMO and he is coming off his two best wins.

Now he has been on HBO, once you get on HBO that pretty much mints a fighter because they now exist to HBO. I don't see why they would not want to push Litzau and that division is Charmin soft so it is not out of the question that it could be made to work.

That actually wouldn't surprise me. HBO has promised Dzinziruk a return fight either way. Would be a tough fight for Williams.
