I know that Arum and Martinez's lawyer/advisor have a verbal agreement to stage the fight in the fall. If Sergio gets past Dzinzurik and Miguel takes care of Mayorga and Margarito, I'm sure a bout at 154 or a catchweight of 155-157 will be on the table.

If either Cotto or Martinez needs time to heal from their previous bouts the fight will probably be pushed to later than Sept but as of now, the plan is Cotto-Martinez on PPV in September with their upcoming bouts being tuneups/showcases and Arum squeezing out one last in-house money fight beforehand. I'm sure if Tony wins he becomes Sergio's opponent in the fall.
