nyahahaha you cannot call that amateur career, they were fighting in fiestas and getting paid. they were fighting not to qualify for national slot for competition representing neither their province nor the country. small as they are and as young they were made to wear protective gears.

People just bring it up to defend his early losses. In my opinion, early losses or very late losses do not count much.

I do find that people find this topic uninteresting. I'm a big pac fan since 1997 and a pinoy. But I first read about this amateur record just 8months ago. I was interested as this was something I never knew but was disappointed by lack of details.

I do find it weird that his amateur career lacks details. Articles say he made the national team. It's not like any boxer here can make the national team. You have to be at least a decent one to make the team. Articles are like a one liner here and there. Often there is a "reportedly" on the premise. It is like a copy and paste thing. lolz. Take that relative with the media coverage of his dog eating dad... or his fat cook ... or maybe just him taking a crap ( calling Ronnie N ). . Sometimes media just like the gossip part of things. lolz.

                Anyways, thanks for the video.

so what? he was amatuer for 1 or 2 years? then ge turned pro straight away at 16?

also did they use the point system or were the amatuer fights like pro fights except with headgear?
