Well at the end of the day w/ the exception of his win w/ Vargas, Mayorga doesn't backup the hype...gets beat up and bad...De la Hoya, Trinidad, Mosley...etc...and this time he will get brutalize by Cotto...I know there's a lot of hate and hope & nothing is written on stone....but Cotto will pass his bill on Saturday night...I thought Cotto was going to box him 12 rounds to get some of the rust of but Mayorga just shorted this fight by half!!! Cotto by KO in 6!!!

I would buy it too, if the Marvilla fight wasn't on HBO. I don't prefer to watch two fights at once... Anything can happen at any time in boxing, and I wouldn't want to miss something.

I love Cotto, but this should be a mismatch. I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be much more grueling for Cotto than expected, because Mayorga is a very big 154 pounder. I remember him yelling at Oscar that he weighed 172 (or something) right before round 1 of their fight, and that was many years ago lol.

All things considered, I'll watch the HBO fight live and try to get my hands on the Cotto replay sometime thereafter. Cotto/Mayorga should definitely be entertaining though.
