I think it will be a decent fight, that Berto wins because Ortiz has fought so scared lately. Berto is fast and hits hard, and once he lets Ortiz taste that power Ortiz will be scared again.
If Ortiz stays confident, he can win this. He has the skills and Berto isn't some monster. I just don't think he will fight confidently enough.
Victor Ortiz will finish Berto in less than 8 rounds...
Berto is not good on his feet and leaves himself too open...He has a kick boxing sort of stance...He's not a flat target and has been on his ass because of that...
He's a tab bit faster than Ortiz, but Ortiz can pick up the pace...
This is how I see the fight going
Round 1: Starts slow. Berto starts jabbing a little, Ortiz uses head movement and bounces on his feet, Berto lands a jab, Ortiz faints his own jab and lands a 2 punch combination, and the rest of the round is feeling out.
Round 2: Ortiz faints punches, makes Berto miss his Jab, Berto hits Ortiz with a right cross Ortiz lands his own left hook, Berto lands a 3 punch combination on Ortiz and misses one punch, Ortiz counters with a right cross and an explosive left jab, puts decent punches together and down goes BERTO!!!
I predict that if Ortiz doesn't put Berto out before round 8 then the multiple knock downs will be a big factor in the decision...Berto will probably want to bounce with Ortiz since boxers tend to want to follow their opponent's rythm...Berto will fall off balance, get damaged, and get put out...

Hes more then a tad and punches a bit harder and Ortiz is chinny man he might get knocked I mean madana did it and Berto is bigger and way faster then him so he can do serious damage but I think will be close or it's a knock out
