I think the Klitschko/Haye negotiations are foreshadowing May/Pac negotiations.
Just like Klitschko vs. Haye fell through to various reasons at the end of the day the fight is going to happen July 2nd.
Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight will take place otherwise Mayweather walks away and is called a coward the rest of his life which will not happen. Personally, I think Floyd is trying to make this fight bigger even though I believe it really can not get bigger. The only reason it has not happened as well is because of Floyd.
