It will get decent ratings on HBO or Showtime. But what did you expect? The Klits are not popular in the US and nobody knows who Haye is.

It will get more publicity then any HW fight in years, better then nothing.

I think it absolutely will, because perception is that Haye is the biggest threat to the Klitschkos in a long time. It's always been my understanding that the American media wants the Klitschkos fighting each other, and since they don't they don't consider anyone else a threat. Haye is considered a threat.
