IF Haye Wins, What Next?

IF Haye KOs Wlad (IMO that's only way he can win) he has said he wants Vitali in October. Vitali has made it public that he also wants Haye. Would Wlad be happy to let Vitali step in for a fight in October? I would've thought that Wlad would want a rematch. If Haye beat Wlad then arranged a fight with Vitali, that would leave Adamek to fight Wlad for no belt, Would Adamek be happy to fight for no belt?
