He knocked out Peter in the second fight and absolutely beat the crap out of him in the first fight. Same with Brewster, he was beating the crap out of him until he got TKO'd.
Exactly I assume he would have learned from those fights and be more defensive. Since letting his hands go left him on the floor.

I think Wlad's a better athlete and I'd say a better boxer but I just want to see Wlad go down because he is the big favourite.
This is where I'm at with this fight. Being English I want Haye to win, but common sense says he probably won't finish the winner.

I just hope he can back all the smack he's been talking.

He won both Peter fights, the second one in dominating fashion. He has improved a great amount since the first Peter fight. Why would he change anything.

He took Peter's soul in the first fight and won almost every single round. Second fight I don't think Peter came close to winning half a round.

Wlad's not going to change overnight. He'll fight the fight he normally fights. He'll hammer the jab to setup the knockout punch, same as always.

Are you kidding took his soul? Wlad barely survived that fight and didn't take him on again until his brother and Chambers beat him. Which was 5 years later if he really wanted to he should have gave him a rematch right after their first fight but he didn't. Plus neither Brewster or Peter have anything close to Haye's speed and Haye probably hits harder too.

i dont think may opf you have answered my original point.

My point is, even if you think haye is better(i dont i think he will get destroyed badly), do you think his prep to face a goat like wlad is acceptable.

His last fight was against audley harrison in november, before that it was ruiz, and they were not in quick sucession.

So his sharpness surely could be suspect regardless of what you think of his abilities???

Yea, he hasnt had many fights, and hasnt had the best preparation for a Klit. But i doubt he wanted a few long tough fights either.

Whoever he could have fought before Vlad, and however long the fights were, it was always going to be a big jump up in class.

He wants a big payday, to try for a KO, and then he'll retire. He wants to do the least amount of work possible (just look at his fights and who he has fought), for the biggest prize.
