i'm not understanding why this fight isn't happening...Roger said Manny will take the test so all issues of this fight not happening have been resolved. but they still keep saying he needs to take the test... now because no fight has been agreed to i'm getting the idea they want to Manny to go through random testing before they sign the fight then he has to go through another batch of random testing in the lead up to the fight.
