Pacquiao already said that he would take the tests. It is Floyd's move. When the tests get straightened out, Floyd will then say that he deserves 60/40 when Pacquiao has more of an exciting fighting style and has been active. He will do anything to avoid the fight until he feels that he can win. He gets annoyed at the mention of Pacquiao's name, but he swears he can beat him easily. Why are you getting so upset then? Take the fight if it is so easy. Floyd is waiting for Pacquiao to look weak in a fight and then he will challenge him. Floyd always boasts that he is undefeated and feel that the record alone makes him great so he will do anything to protect it. He is not fooling anyone by continuing to talk badly about Pacquiao. He is jealous of Pacquiao's success and feels that anyone who is more successful than him has to be using. Floyd has to fight Pacquiao or he will be remembered as a coward. Pacquiao has never ducked anyone and does not need Floyd but Floyd needs to fight him. I hope this fight happens while these guys are still in their prime and not years down the line when it will be watered down.

I can't wait til these two clowns fight. Cause, they really are both clowns. You don't even need to be a boxing fan to know that Floyd is a better fighter. Even Pac fans know that. You can love your fighter, either or. But reality is reality. I don't like What PBF is doing, his tactics are making boxing a joke, but then again...it's what he does for a living, and that's what he chose to do. don't you think it is a very very very long 15 minutes. the so called 15 minutes of fame/glory or spotlight is commonly applied in getting in the news...that's why the term 15 minutes. looks like this is more applicable to the mayweathers than anybody else or any other "active" boxers...talk is cheap

i don't really know for sure. some people in the planet are asking questions, so taking the random test is one way of finding out if those are just figment of their imagination. it's not like pac is going to lose an arm, it's just a small prick. if women in the olympics can handle it, I'm sure pac can have it while singing live in Kimmel show.
