"I'm going to take that test

I'm going to prove I'm clean

And I'm going to knock Floyd out for my devoted fans"

Instead, it's:

"I'm going to sue you for saying I'm on drugs"

I don't know if this is true or not.....

But an earlier article stated that Team Pacquiao requested that Shane Mosley submit to random blood tests during his preparation to fight Manny.

Apparently Mosley said "sure, as long as you take the same tests".

The bottom line.....
There is now no random blood testing for the Pac/Shane fight.

Pac wont take the test because he's loving the 15 minutes of fame. If he fights Floyd the ride is over and he knows this.

What's your definition of 15 minutes of fame? Pacquiao will be in the spotlight win or lose. I don't see Floyd ever being as widely known as Manny is now.
