Cotto has way too much experience and technique on Alvarez. I think Cotto beats him easily (assuming Cotto isn't shot). By the time Alvarez is ready for Cotto, Cotto won't be ready for Alvarez (if you know what I mean). What about seeing Alvarez versus other up and coming 154 pounders? Maybe Martirosyan? I know Bundrage isn't an up-and-comer but maybe that would be a good fight, too!
