That could easily be called a slip, Spinks was moving back and Mayorga came forward and held his head down....I could see that being ruled a slip, not taking sides but it easily looks like it...I would like to hear others comment.

He was not holding, look at his arm its at the side of Spinks head. Not over or entangling his neck.
