Both Holyfield and Haye have something that Wlad may be lacking...some serious nuts. Wlad had the chance but used some STD excuse to not fight Valuev, yet Haye and Holyfield took the challenge.

Haye is an overhyped glass chinned fraud, he hasn't beaten anyone with a pulse.
