IBF and WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko has revealed that a unification fight against British WBA champion David Haye has been agreed.
Klitschko told the Welt am Sonntag newspaper: "I am really pleased that we have closed a deal on this fight."
Klitschko's manager, Bernd Boente, told the Sunday newspaper that the fight could take place on June 25 or July 2 in Germany.
Boente said the fight against Haye could take place at one of three football stadiums in Germany - Dortmund, Gelsenkirchen or Kaiserslautern.
Negotiations to put on the fight have collapsed several times.
A back injury forced Haye, the WBA champion, to withdraw from a fight with Wladimir Klitschko in 2009. Haye has said he would like to fight the older Klitschko brother, Vitali, before retiring.
On Saturday the Ukrainian pulled out of a planned title defence against British fighter Derek Chisora on April 30 after failing to recover from a torn abdominal muscle.
Vitali defends his WBC heavyweight title against Odlanier Solis on March 19 in Cologne, Germany.
