Absolutely see what you're saying, Chief. But here's the thing... Say you give Broner those 4 rounds, you don't think there's at LEAST 1 or 2 rounds that were close enough that it could have gone either way? Ponce was the clear aggressor, but as far as cleaner, more effective shots landed, that was all Broner.
The only robbery here was that horrid scorecard, imo.
Now he had his moments in some rounds no doubt about that John my man. But it was far too inconsistant for me to award him the round. I mean in one round(I forget which one)Broner landed only six shots but got touched by like 30. His shots were the cleaner more concise shots, but his output was so dismal that I couldnt say he won the round, and keep a straight face.
But I'm with ya. He did land the cleaner more crisper punches of the two.Comment

Absolutely Al homie. Now if he had shut Ponce down like Floyd shut Shane down("Show me the Jab Shane. Show me the mutha****in Jab Shane" *Floyd lands straight right hand consistantly, while taunting*)I wouldn't have nothin to say about a lil bit of showboating. But he basically gave the fight away with his inactivity. I'm sure Aaron Pryor was pissed at his performance, and let him know about it later that evening. LOL.Comment

I thought it was close but Leon should have won. Broner had all the tools to beat Leon but he's a bit green and didn't capitalize on them. That one score card was ridiculous and would have been regardless of who he gave it to.That fight was way closer than that.

Broner lost that fight. Idc wat any1 says. Haymon and HBO make sure his guys don't lose imo. That's why I root for all of them to LOSE. Shout out to Max Kellerman for throwing in how Juanma destroyed Ponce De Leon in 1 round during the broadcast. That's how u make a statement, Broner should have tried to do the same. Esspecially since he was the much bigger man.Comment
