According to this previous article on BS, Vanes will face Saul Roman on April 23rd, and the winner will become the mandatory for the winner of Alvarez-Hatton.

Williams is moving down to 147 (if he can find an opponent), it's the reason why his April HBO date was pushed back, so I doubt he'd be involved an eliminator for a title at 154. If he were sure to get a shot at Canelo he would, but I doubt his promoter and manager believe they would actually get a shot at Canelo this early.

I can see the other matchup happening and Martirosyan fighting another opponent though.
