I'd imagine there would be some kind of compensation, after all, Chisora has had an entire training camp and his staff needs to get paid. Even if it's not in the contract, Klitchko should be a gentleman and compensate Chisora, especially after dropping out a second time around.

I wouldn't put it past Frank Warren to sue Klitchko though.
