      Williams has also been showing signs of wear and tear. Lets face it the guy has taken a lot of shots in his career. I just hope he finds a damn weight class and sticks with it. That yoyo'ing weight class stuff I guarantee took some good out of him. You cannot mess around with your body like that. Eventually you will pay a price.

      I think he should go and stay at 154. Find his place, then maybe move back to 160 after a couple years as he naturally fills out.
