Also, they've been in the courtroom several times, at least Oscar and Schaefer have. This is the SECOND time they tried to have the case dismissed and the second time a judge said it merits a trial. In addition, Pac's lawyers took depositions from both Schaefer and Oscar when a judge ordered it after striking down the motion to dismiss last summer.

In addition, $70,000 is just the MINIMUM that a plaintiff has to claim in Nevada for this type of trial. Pacquiao is seeking payment in excess of $5 million. So it's probably best that you do the research first and then type, otherwise you make a complete fool of yourself for everyone to see.

Bottom line is, Golden Boy better start hustling to get that $5 mil together.
