Donaire's promoter Top Rank, would like to stage the fight with Moreno on May 28 in California. Moreno had a previously scheduled defense against Lorenzo Parra in Panama. Here is the thing bro. There is a contract on the table, according to that paper, for Moreno-Parra.

Gary Shaw went to Panama, Physically went to Panama, and offered a contract to promote the fight. According to the paper Shaw will pay Moreno $120k and Parra $30k. That's on the table(again according to that paper).

There is nothing on the table for Donaire.

It is said on that same paper that both Top Rank and GBP are interested in inking Moreno. However, NO contract has been presented.

There are talks and mentions of Donaire-Moreno...But, there is actually NO negotiations or contracts...There are just interest in both sides. But, again there is actually nothing on the table as far as Donaire-Moreno...The only contract that's on the table. AS OF TODAY is Shaw's contract in promoting Moreno-Parra.

Which makes you wonder if Top Rank/Arum is serious in making Donaire-Moreno since there has been mention about it for a couple weeks but still no negotiations or an offer? And, the fight is suppose to be in May? Ain't that weird? Also there is talks of Donaire-Cazares happening?

If I were shaw I'd just pay off parra to step aside. I'm sure that money will come back with interest if and when the Donaire-Moreno fight takes place.
